We will:- Provide you with clear information about the products and services we offer, including fees and charges.
- Ascertain your individual needs, preferences and circumstances before making a recommendation.
- Only recommend a product/investment/pension we consider most appropriate for your circumstances ad you can afford from the whole marketplace.
- Not recommend a product/investment/pension if we can't find one we consider suitable.
- Encourage you to ask if there's something you don't understand.
- Give you access to a formal complaints procedure should you become unhappy with our service.
- Ensure adequate cover is maintained for your protection and explain how you are protected under the FSCS relating to a specific investment/pension/insurance contract.
HOW YOU CAN HELP US
To help us give you the most appropriate advice, we will ask you to:- Give us as much information as possible to enable us to properly assess your situation.
- Let us know if there is any aspect of our service, or of a product we have discusses or recommended that you don't understand.
- Tell us if you think there are ways we can improve our service.
- Occasionally complete a questionaire in order to assess our ongoing service and ensure we are treating customer fairly, we would be grateful for your participation.
